Google Founder at Increased Risk of Parkinson's Disease

In the second entry to his new blog, Sergey Brin reveals that he carries the G20195 mutation of the LRRK2 gene placing him at increased risk of developing Parkinson's Disease. Both Brin's mother and his mother's aunt suffer from the disease. Brin's wife Anne Wojcicki is cofounder of 23andme, a California based company with a stated mission "to be the world's trusted source of personal genetic information".
